Tripta has a B.Tech + M.Tech (dual degree) in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Technology Management. She comes with an extensive experience of 10 years in various capacities in healthcare ecosystem.She has received international accolades in form of Howard Bremer Scholarship and Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP). And has been a researcher par excellence with papers being published in journals of high repute.
She brings her expertise vide background of work in organizations like Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and, Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), IIT Delhi She has extensively worked in the field of healthcare by leading Health Technology Accelerated Commercialization (H:TAC) in ICMR, followed by working on various healthcare technologies at FITT IIT Delhi and has also supported many women entrepreneurs as Council Member of Uttar Pradesh Entrepreneurship Council, WICCI. She has studied the healthcare ecosystem in India with respect to Innovation of new technologies, technology transfer and translation ecosystem. The extensive background in healthcare innovation ecosystem and keen interest in traditional medicine provides her excellent expertise and indepth knowledge of the challenges and the growth potential of Ayush Modalities in India.

He has contributed to various sectors, including Export Promotion Councils, and possesses strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, government liaison, export incentive schemes, event coordination, payroll administration, and customs-related processes.
